If you press 'Start', 'Settings', 'System' (the tab underneath) and then 'Device Information', you will see a 'ROM version' number.

Download XDAunlock, and use ActiveSync to move XDAunlock.exe to the Wallaby. Then go to the file using the file browser and double-tap on it.
